Destinations Direct Primary Care (DPC) offers two levels of medical service. Telemedicine is a great option for those that need a consult but, are unable to be seen in the office.
Level One: Full-Service Primary Care
A full-service primary care clinic for the treatment and management of complex chronic diseases. This kind of care requires a detailed physical exam and could include patients with poorly managed diabetics, diabetes Type I, congestive heart failure, angina, previous strokes, or kidney disease. While telemedicine gives patients immediate access to a high-quality provider, it is not always an appropriate substitute for a visit to your doctor. Telemedicine is not a good option for this level of service.
Level Two: Urgent Care and Telemedicine
Urgent care services might include such things as the management of arthritis, gout flare-ups, routine aches and pains, sniffles, flu-like symptoms, tension headaches, and a multitude of other complaints. These problems are common even in otherwise healthy individuals.
Our telemedicine option provides a quick and effective means of diagnosing and treating routine conditions that might otherwise require nearly an entire day to be seen in person.
Telemedicine Subscription Plan
Eligible individual patients, couples, or households will pay our requested monthly subscription based on the structure chosen. Dr. Neely would be available through Google Duo, FaceTime, or one of the other telemedicine platforms of choice.
